This Site is managed by BE-COME S.r.l., with registered office in Milano, via A. Baldissera, n. 2 (“BE-COME”, also referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Any party that accesses and/or uses the Site (the “User” or “you”) shall undertake to not access or use the Site for illegal purposes or that in such a manner that may prejudice or interfere with the use of the Site by other Users.
The User shall further undertake to not use software, algorithms or other features that create or open link to third party webpages or that require single person or groups of people to access to third party webpages.
Intellectual Property Rights
BE-COME is the exclusive owner of, or in any case has the right to use, all distinctive signs (trademarks, trade names, trade dress, etc.) published or used on the Site.
All texts, works, illustrations, images, trademarks, tradenames, trade dresses reproduced or depicted on the Site are strictly reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property rights held by BE-COME or licensed to BE-COME by-third parties, for the entire duration of protection of these rights and throughout the world. The template of the Site has been licensed by Envato Pty Ltd. (the “Licensed Theme”) to BE-COME and the Site is the customized implementation of the Licensed Theme (the “End Product”).
In addition, BE-COME exclusively retains ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to any intellectual property rights of the Site, including but not limited to contents, texts, data, know-how, trade dress, End Product and information contained or connected to the Site (the “BE-COME IP”).
Users are not entitled to copy, scrape, (hyper/deep) link to, publish, promote, translate, market, integrate, utilize, combine or otherwise use, in whole or in part BE-COME IP without the prior written notice of BE-COME.
Any use of the Site for different purposes or manner will be considered as a breach of the User’s obligation provided under this Article. BE-COME reserves the right to prosecute any infringement of its intellectual property rights.

What data do we process and why?
A. Provide Information; Respond to Requests
The personal data that we process is that which you provide to us when you visit our Site or when you contact us by mail, register for and/or attend an event, correspond with us by phone, email or otherwise, provide information requested by us to comply with our professional and legal obligations, or in connection with our provision of our services. Such use is necessary to respond to or implement your request.

D. Curriculum vitae
The processing of voluntarily sent CVs, carried out to evaluate candidates with respect to a possible job position at BE-COME, is legitimate because it is expressly authorized by a law, which specifies that in this case the consent of the person to whom the personal data refers is not required. You are free to send us your CV or not, but without it we will not be able to evaluate your candidacy for a job position at BE-COME. In particular, your CV will be stored for no longer thatn 6 months from receipt.
